Where is Next Level Barber Shop located?
Next Level Barber Shop is at 140 Santa Barbara Blvd S, Suite 118, Cape Coral, FL 33991. The shop sits in the strip just south of Veterans Memorial Pkwy on the east side of Santa Barbara Blvd. Free parking in the lot in front of Suite 118. The cyan logo above the door is visible from the road.
What are your hours of operation?
Open every day. Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 7 PM. Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM. Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM. Walk-ins are welcome during all open hours.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk in any day. The shop has been walk-in-first since opening, and walk-ins are taken in arrival order. If you want a guaranteed slot, call (239) 347-7992 and we will hold a chair time. Same price either way.
How much does a haircut cost at Next Level?
Men's haircut $28, fade haircut (low / mid / high / skin) $30, beard trim $15, kids cut (under 12) $25, cut + beard combo $43. Eyebrow cleanup is $5. The hot towel finish and the hot lather neck shave are included with any haircut.
What is the average walk-in wait time?
Off-peak (Tuesday to Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, Sunday morning) wait runs 0 to 12 minutes. Friday afternoon and Saturday 10 AM to 2 PM are the busiest windows with 25 to 50 minute waits. Call ahead for a real-time estimate before you drive over.
What services do you offer?
Men's haircuts (classic, taper, scissor), fade haircuts (low, mid, high, skin / bald), beard trims and beard sculpts, kids haircuts, hot lather neck shaves, eyebrow cleanups, and styling with product. We do not offer chemical color, perms, or full salon services.
Do your barbers speak Spanish?
Yes. About half the team is bilingual English/Spanish. Walk in and speak whichever language you prefer. About 30% of our clients use Spanish in the chair.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and all four major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). No service surcharge on card payments. Tipping is at your discretion. The typical add is $5 to $10 in cash.
Is parking free?
Yes. The strip has a paved lot directly in front of Suite 118 with 14 spots in the front row and additional spots on the side. No meter, no app, no time limit.
How far is the shop from Fort Myers?
About 8.4 miles. The drive from downtown Fort Myers takes 12 to 14 minutes off-peak via the Veterans Memorial Pkwy bridge. From FGCU it is about 28 minutes via I-75 and the Cape Coral Bridge. From Page Field airport, around 22 minutes.
Do you do kids haircuts?
Yes. Kids haircuts are $25 for ages 12 and under, walk in any day. Sunday morning (10 AM to 12 PM) and Saturday before 10 AM are the calmest windows for nervous first-haircut visits. Bring a phone or a toy if your kid struggles to sit still.
What is the difference between a low fade, mid fade, and high fade?
The fade height is just where the line sits on your head. Low fade lands a finger-width above the ear. Mid fade lands at the temple, between cheekbone and eyebrow. High fade sits at the temple corner or above. Same $30 price for all three.
How often should I get a haircut?
Depends on the cut. A buzz cut holds 5 to 7 weeks. A classic taper holds 4 to 6 weeks. A mid or high fade looks crisp for 2 to 3 weeks. Florida humidity speeds up the loss of crispness, so expect to come back about 5 days sooner during the June-to-September stretch.
Can I bring a reference photo?
Please do. A photo cuts down on the back-and-forth and gets you out of the chair about 5 minutes faster on average. Pull it up on your phone; we will zoom in if needed.
Do you take card tips?
Cash tips are appreciated and easier on the barber. We can run a card tip if cash is not handy.
Do you offer a beard line-up without a haircut?
Yes. A standalone beard trim or line-up is $15. A full beard sculpt (length change plus reshape) is $25. Walk in any day.
What areas do you serve?
Cape Coral, Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Matlacha, and the rest of Lee County. About 28% of our clients drive in from outside Cape Coral, mostly Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres.
Do you sell hair products?
We carry a small selection at the shop: Layrite Original (medium hold), Suavecito Firme (firm hold), and a couple of matte clays. If you want a specific brand we do not stock, the Sport Clips at Coralwood and the Target on Pine Island Rd both carry the popular options.
Is the shop open on holidays?
We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. We open at modified hours on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, and the Sunday of major holiday weekends. Call (239) 347-7992 to confirm before driving over on a holiday.
Can I book a chair for a wedding party or large group?
Yes. Call ahead at least 48 hours in advance for groups of 4 or more. We will block out the chairs back-to-back so the whole group is in and out within 90 minutes. We have done plenty of wedding-day haircuts and graduation-week group bookings.
