Use of the website

The Site is provided to give information about our barber services, hours, and location. You may browse the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, photos of haircuts, logo, and design — is the property of Next Level Barber Shop or used with permission. The trademark "Next Level Barber Shop" and the logo (cyan-on-black wordmark) belong to us. You may not reproduce them outside fair use (review, criticism, news reporting) without written permission.

Photographs of clients in the gallery are published with each client's verbal consent at the time the cut was finished. If you are pictured and want a photo removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Service availability and pricing

Prices listed on the Site (haircut $28+, fade $30+, beard $15+, etc.) are starting prices and accurate as of the date shown at the top. Prices may change. The price you pay is the price quoted at the chair before the cut starts.

Hours of operation listed on the Site reflect normal weeks. Holidays, weather (hurricane closures, evacuation orders in Lee County), or staffing may change hours. The Google Business Profile shows the current week's actual hours.

Walk-in and appointment policy

Walk-ins are taken in arrival order during open hours. Appointments held by phone are honored within a 10-minute grace window; after that the chair may be given to a walk-in. We accept cash and credit card. We do not retain card information.

Service Worker and offline cache

The Site registers a Service Worker that caches assets in your browser for faster loading and limited offline access. Caches are local to your device, store no personal data, and can be cleared via your browser settings at any time.

The Site links to third-party services (Google Maps, Instagram, Booksy, Yelp, MapQuest, Wheree). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability.
